Who acts for the company.
Codaiq LTD is represented by its appointed directors as recorded with Companies House. For service of process and legal correspondence in Germany (per § 5 TMG), the registered office above is the controlling address.
Numbers on file.
The numbers above are placeholders pending the final registration cycle. Codaiq LTD is the operating entity today. A successor entity is planned and this imprint will be amended within fourteen (14) days of any change — without breaking existing client contracts.

If we disagree.
Where a dispute arises between a consumer in the European Union and Codaiq LTD, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013:
We are not legally obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and currently do not participate in such proceedings on a voluntary basis. Most of our work is B2B and consumer-arbitration is not generally applicable.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on this website under § 7 (1) TMG and the general laws of England & Wales. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete breach of law becomes known — when notified of relevant infringements, we will remove the content without delay.
