07 · Liability for content & links

What we're on the hook for.

Content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on this website under § 7 (1) TMG and the general laws of England & Wales. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete breach of law becomes known — when notified of relevant infringements, we will remove the content without delay.

External links

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept liability for that content. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. The sites linked were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognisable at that time.

A permanent monitoring of the linked websites is unreasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. Upon notification of any infringements, we will remove the affected links without delay.
